Founded in 2014, KimbleCo is a WBENC-certified full service commercial real estate firm.  We provide brokerage services (leasing and sales) to tenants and landlords, construction project management services, consulting and ground-up fee development services.  Our team has developed and leased over 5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multi-family product.  Our passion is to "amaze with the unexpected" and "go above and beyond" to serve our clients.  Its Founder, Julie Kimble has 39 years of varied commercial real estate experience.
